We know a Rohloff bike is often someone’s daily transport, or the key part of a tour already under way. That is why we take a limited number of urgent jobs with a faster turnaround.

How to ask for an express service

1. Call us on +36 20 284 3048 — urgent work depends on our free capacity, and that is fastest to agree by phone.
2. Tell us what happened and when you need the bike back.
3. Bring it in at the agreed time — so your bike does not wait in the queue.

On a tour?

If something breaks on the road, some faults can be bridged until the next workshop — with a broken shift cable, for example, you can ride on in a fixed gear. See Preparing for a long tour.
