1. Who processes the data — the data controller

The site is operated, and the data controlled, by Massive Corporation Kft..

Data protection contact: info@rohloff.hu. We have not appointed a data protection officer — neither the size of the company nor the nature of the processing requires one.

2. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

The name, email address, phone number and message given on the contact form — so that we can answer the enquiry. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, or legitimate interest. We keep an enquiry until it is answered and any resulting service work is closed.

Files attached to the form (usually service photographs) — so that we can judge the enquiry properly. Same legal basis. These are deleted automatically after 180 days; a scheduled job does it, not a human decision.

Aggregate visit statistics — so that we can see which pages are useful. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Visits are measured without cookies and without anything that identifies a person (Umami, self-hosted): no profiling, no cross-site tracking, and the data stays in the EU.

3. No cookies — and what your browser does keep

This site uses no cookies, which is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. It also loads no third-party resource — every build checks this, and a failure stops the release.

Your browser does remember three things, purely for your own convenience, and none leaves your device: the theme you chose (light or dark), the language you chose, and whether the knowledge base's sidebar was open or closed.

All three stay in your own browser — the theme and language in `localStorage`, the sidebar state in `sessionStorage`, which is discarded when you close the tab. All can be cleared from your browser settings at any time, and none can identify anyone.

4. Who can access it, and where to turn

The data is seen by staff of Massive Corporation Kft., and by the providers without which the site would not run: hosting and CDN (bunny.net) and mail delivery (Scaleway Transactional Email). Both store in the EU. We do not sell data to third parties and do not use it for marketing.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. Write to info@rohloff.hu — we answer within 30 days.

You may complain to the supervisory authority: Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu.

5. Accessibility

We measure this site against WCAG 2.2 AA, and check it during development both automatically and by hand: contrast, keyboard use and screen reader — in both themes, at five screen widths.

Last checked: 2026-10-01 (automated gates and an independent 412-page test). Known non-compliance: the screen-reader label of the anchor link beside headings in knowledge-base articles is English on every language (“Section titled …”); we are working on a fix.
