The E-14 Solo
The E-14 Solo combines the directness of a mechanical shifter with the speed of electronics — and needs no e-bike. It is made for gravel, touring, city and cargo bikes alike.

Simple and self-contained
Section titled “Simple and self-contained”No app, no cloud, no registration. Switch it on and ride. A short press shifts one gear — standing still or under load — and holding the button shifts several in a row. That keeps shifting in hand in stop-and-go traffic, on climbs and off-road.

Its own power

The E-14 Solo runs on its own battery, independent of the bike’s drive:
- more than 1,000 km per charge,
- charged over USB-C, right on the bike,
- integrated in the frame with internal cabling on factory bikes; mounted externally on the frame when retrofitted.

- Dropout widths 135–197 mm — up to fat bikes.
- Works with a Gates Carbon Drive belt.
Built to last
Section titled “Built to last”It follows Rohloff’s long-life principle: instead of replacing a system, it develops the SPEEDHUB you already have. A good bike stays usable for decades and can still be upgraded — fewer replacement parts, less waste.
